In 2019, we made our software the best it could be with new and improved features to help you offer more value to your clients, run your business more efficiently, and grow it faster.
From 5th May 2025, we’ll be increasing our subscription prices for new and existing customers in order to keep our software at the forefront of the latest fitness and AI technology, develop game-changing updates – like the new Automated Check-Ins feature – and implement core feature improvements and enhancements.

No action is required by you. Changes to our subscription prices and additional trainers will be automatically reflected on your billing receipts from 5th May 2025
If you have a discount applied to your account already which will carry over past 5th May 2025, your discount will apply to the new subscription price for any payments dated 5th May 2025 and onwards.
No, the pricing for add-ons – including the custom branded app, additional trainers and additional storage – will remain unchanged.
