Programs

Online coaching has grown rapidly over the past few years (over 51% year on year) and now is your perfect chance (if you haven’t already) to transition into and/or offer online remote coaching!

Continue to show your clients that you care about their wellbeing by offering them the same service you always have done, only now from via their computer or smartphone.

Stuck for ideas on home workouts? Head over to our ‘Marketplace’ and check out our ‘At Home’ pre-made plans. Perfect to assign directly to clients or edit to better suit them and their individual goals. This only takes 30 seconds!

Alternatively, clients can log their usual workouts and use the ‘Swap Exercise’ function to replace their exercise for a bodyweight movement at home. By doing this, clients will gain further knowledge of exercise selection and keep them on track to hit their fitness goals.

So what about those clients who are on an active program and want to switch to a new ‘At Home’ plan so they don’t lose any progress? – Simple, hit the pause program button! This will put their current program on hold (without affecting their compliance score), and enable them to pick up your new plan whilst they’re working out from home.
