How do I build my custom app?

The first step to start building your custom personal training app is to set up a My PT Hub account by starting your 30-day free trial.
Once you’re set up, you’ll need to upgrade onto a subscription plan to order your custom app.
Once purchased from the Marketplace in your account, simply submit your fitness business’ logo and we’ll take care of the build for you!

How long does it take to create my app?

Depending on the current queue and wait times from Apple and Google, allow 2-4 weeks for iOS and up to 12 weeks for Google. However, if we can get it ready early for you, we will.

Can I purchase a custom app if I’m an existing My PT Hub customer?

Yes, of course! The custom app can be purchased at any time, regardless of whether you’re a new or existing customer. My PT Hub subscribers can purchase the custom app in the Marketplace tab inside your account.

Can I change my app once it has been published?

Absolutely. Once your custom app is live, you have a one-time opportunity to make edits to your app including the description, title, and icon itself without charge. Any subsequent changes will incur a small fee.

Will my custom app be available for both Apple (IOS) and Android users (and Apple App Store/Google Play Store)?

Yes, your custom branded app will be available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, regardless of what mobile device your clients or members use.

Clients using iOS devices will initially be prompted to download the My PT Hub app. Once logged in, the app icon will permanently switch to your custom app icon.

Clients using Android devices will follow the same process, although you can opt to purchase a Google Developer account which will allow Android users to directly search for your custom app in the Google Play store.
