Coaches can process client payments securely via Stripe using the Packages feature. Client payments generated through My PT Hub can be managed and tracked using the Financials feature, which offers coaches an overview of all recurring (automated) and one-off payments from your clients, as well as keeping on top of unsuccessful transactions or lapsed payments. Additionally, coaches can view manage and track payments from individual clients via their client profile.

Correct. My PT Hub supports a range of client payment methods via Stripe, our integrated payment partner. Once you’ve connected your Stripe account, clients can pay for your services with a valid debit and credit card (supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover). Additionally, clients can also opt to pay using Apple Pay or Link for faster checkout via their mobile app.

Yes, you can. My PT Hub’s Financials feature allows coaches to track business KPIs directly from your account. Key metrics include gross volume, total transactions and total subscribers, alongside payment history and your available and pending balances. Coaches can also generate custom reports to show business performance for specific date ranges, enabling you to analyze historical business performance, improve your cash flow and forecast accurately for the future.

My PT Hub integrates with Stripe to securely process payments from clients. Coaches can create a free Stripe account through the Packages tab in-software or link an existing account. Clients are simply required to make payment using a valid debit or credit card, without having to set up a Stripe account themselves. Absolutely, coaches can manage both one-time and recurring payments from clients, depending on your preference. The Packages feature allows coaches to create recurring payment packages which can repeat on a custom interval basis depending on how frequently you wish to charge clients for your services or for specific Packages (for example, every week, month or year).
