Your My PT Hub subscription includes the ability to upload your own in-app logo and customise your primary and secondary brand colours on all trainer and client device, so that your app looks and feels like your brand.

The custom branded app add-on allows you to replace the My PT Hub app icon with your own custom logo and branding for all trainer and client devices. The custom branded app is compatible with both Android and iOS devices and providing a professional user experience for staff and clients alike, without requiring you to develop your own app. Customers who purchase the custom branded app will continue to receive all My PT Hub app updates as they are made available.

The custom branded app add-on is available to My PT Hub subscribers for an additional one-time fee (see further details here). Customers who wish to purchase the custom branded app must upgrade onto a paid subscription and purchase the add-on in your Settings area or in Resources>Add-ons in your account menu.

Not at all! Once you’ve purchased the custom branded app, you’ll just need to submit your business logo and we’ll take care of the heavy lifting for you. No technical knowledge required and no development experience is necessary.

Once you’ve purchased your custom branded app and submitted your logo, our dedicated Apps team will take care of the build process for you. It typically takes between 2 to 4 weeks to build your app and you’ll be kept regularly updated with the build process by the Apps team, including when you’re app build has been completed.

Yes, your custom branded app is compatible with both Android and iOS operating systems. When a new client signs up with you, they’ll be prompted to download the My PT Hub app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store; after logging in for the first time, the app icon on their device(s) will permanently switch to your custom branded app icon.
