After signing up for your trial, you will be able to enjoy and experience all of the features within My PT Hub for 30 days. No credit card is required to start your trial, it’s completely free of charge. At the end of your 30 days, your account will automatically be downgraded to the ‘Free’ plan. Of course, if you wish to upgrade your account, you can do so at any point either during, at the end or once your trial has expired.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account in Settings > Manage subscription. If you don’t know how to do this via your web account, please contact a member of our Support team who will happily help assist you. You can contact them via email at support@mypthub.net.
No, absolutely not! My PT Hub does not charge your clients anything to access the software or app. However, if you wish to change this and charge your clients to gain access, you can setup Packages. To find out more about Packages, please visit the Business and financials of our website.
Yes, you can. Additional trainers you add into your account will have their own login details but will remain connected to your master account and branding. You can configure the permissions for each additional trainer in your ‘Settings’ area to manage their access.
Yes, absolutely. There are several ways to achieve this. You can either embed the web app directly into your website, or link buttons directly to your My PT Hub, custom subdomain URL. If you wish to find out more, please contact our Support team via email at support@mypthub.net who will be able to help guide you through this process.
My PT Hub integrates directly with the payment processor Stripe. From within the Packages area of our software, you can create new Stripe accounts or link an existing Stripe account.
