The acceptable use policy contained herein (together with the documents referred to herein) (the “Acceptable Use Policy”) informs you, the visitor and/or End User, as defined below, about the terms that govern your access to and use of our website, www.mypthub.net (the “Site”), as well as any software and related services you may use (the “Services”), whether as a guest or a registered End User or Customer, each as defined below. Use of our Site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our Site.
For certainty and clarity, you may be a visitor or user of the Site, an End User as defined below and/or a Customer, as defined below.

Our Services are provided to you or any Customer, as defined below) under a separate commercial agreement. In the event that you purchase or subscribe for Services from our Site, you will also be required to agree to be bound by our subscription services agreement, which can be found at: My PT Hub – Subscription Services Agreement (a “Customer Agreement”).
For certainty and clarity, if you are an end user of our Services (an “End User”), and a member, client or customer of one of our direct customers, with whom we have a Customer Agreement (our “Customers” and each a “Customer”), this Acceptable Use Policy shall govern your use of the Site and Services in addition to any terms or commercial agreements between you and our Customer.
Prohibited uses
You may only use our Site and Services for lawful purposes. You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to use, our Site or Services for any of the following:
a. Unlawful Activities
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights)
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other deceptive or illegal practices
- Harming or attempting to harm minors in any way

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, networks, or data
- Interfering with the normal operation of our Site or Services, servers, or networks

e. Content Restrictions
You may not send, upload, transmit, or distribute content or material that:

- Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
- Infringes on the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others
- You know contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware
f. Other
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam)
- Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our Site or Services in contravention of the provisions of our Policies or any Customer Agreement
- To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards, as set out below
You also agree:
- Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
- any part of the Site or Services;
- any equipment or network on which our Site is stored;
- any software used in the provision of our Site; or
- any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.
- To comply with any of our directions relating to the protection of any personal data.
Interactive services
We may, from time to time, provide interactive services on the Site or in tandem with our Services (the “Interactive Services”), including, without limitation, push notifications and internal, in-product notifications or messaging capabilities.
Where we do provide any Interactive Services, we will provide you with clear information regarding the kind of Interactive Services offered. Where any such Interactive Services are provided, they may be moderated, unmoderated, or subject to limited moderation at our discretion. Customer shall, and shall ensure that its End Users, use such Interactive Services at their own risk.
The use of any of our Interactive Services by a minor must be with the consent and under the supervision of their parent or guardian, who remain responsible for their use. We advise parents to speak with their children about online safety, as moderation (where provided) is not foolproof.
Content standards
These content standards apply to any and all material which you contribute, send, upload, transmit, or distribute to the Site (the “Contributions”), and to any Interactive Services associated with such Contributions.
You must comply with the spirit and the letter of the following standards. The standards apply to each part of any Contribution, as well as to its whole.

- Be likely to deceive any person
- Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence
- Promote any illegal activity
- Be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety
- Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person
- Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person
- Give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case
- Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse
Responsibility for End Users and Third Parties
If you are a Customer, you are responsible for ensuring that your clients, members, and other End Users comply with this Acceptable Use Policy, and you may be held responsible for any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy by any of your End Users. If you are an End User, you are responsible for your own compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy and for all activity occurring under your account or credentials, including by anyone you allow or enable (intentionally or negligently) to access the Site or Services on your behalf.
Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right (but do not assume the obligation) to monitor use of our Site and Services and investigate any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy or misuse of the Site or Services. We may:
- Remove or disable access to content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts or access to our Site or Services
- Report violations to law enforcement or regulators, where appropriate
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us at support@mypthub.net. We may request additional information from you to investigate the issue.
Suspension and Termination
We will determine, in our discretion, whether you have breached this Acceptable Use Policy. When a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to visit or use our Site or Services
- Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material, including Contributions, uploaded by you to the Site
- Issuing you a warning
- Enacting legal proceedings (in equity and common law) against you
- Referral to statutory bodies (such as the Information Commissioner’s Office)
- Disclosure of relevant information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary
If we take any reasonable action of the type stated above, then you agree that we will not be liable to you in any way whatsoever in response to breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy. The responses described in this Acceptable Use Policy are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
