✅ Client Next Steps
Client set up is super simple! Firstly, ensure both you and your clients have completed the latest My PT Hub app update. Then, depending on whether your client is an existing user or new user, here’s what they need to do:
Copy and paste the following next steps to share with your clients (for extra convenience why not send it through the My PT Hub Chat feature 😉).
- When your existing clients log in to their account, they will be greeted by a banner asking them to connect their devices in the Hub area. All they need to do is follow the link and set up their devices to get started!
- All new clients will now be asked to set up their devices during the onboarding process, which is automatically set-up through My PT Hub. They will be presented with two options: ‘Setup Now’ or ‘I’ll Do it Later’.
